Ok...this is our baby, "Sadie", who turned 6 months old on July 4, 2004. The pictures were taken at 5 months. This is the main reason not too much gets done around here lately! That used to be my bed before she took over.. she lets me sleep on about a foot of it now.
At any rate.. she is a very sweet dog in addition to being gorgeous!!! We got her from JKKs Dobermans, in Buffalo, New York. Drove 700 miles that day there and back to get her. JKKs Dobermans have the most beautiful healthy dobermans we have found. We researched a breeder very carefully and are very happy with our decision. Sadie is perfect (Ok I didn't say perfectly behaved), she is in perfect health and she is a very sweet soul and quite the princess...notice the daintily posed leg below.
This is Sadie at 16 months. She is our love....the baby, and we spoil her terribly. She has grown into quite a beauty and she is just as sweet as she is gorgeous. She weighs 72.5 lbs and the Vet says that is perfect for her.
Rock says she is a drama queen just like her Mom (me?). She can be quite the little actress at times. |

Sadie is the most affectionate dog I have ever had...she wraps her neck around mine and hugs me all day...She sleeps in bed with me under the covers with her head on the pillow just like a person but she is a major cover hog!
She absolutely loves children but doesn't seem overly fond of the UPS Drivers. |
